THE COGUIAPRES
COOPERATIVE
A group of young entrepreneurs created a palm oil production
cooperative, employing 1,000 women in Lower Guinea.
Proceeds from this co-op are quickly improving the living
conditions of villagers in Kamsar.
TECA is working to expand the scope, reach, and impact of
this environmentally-conscious business, helping it move
strategically into the $82 billion global palm oil market.

THE MOBILE SOLAR ENERGY PROJECT
Gaining access to electricity is truly life-changing for off-grid populations. With energy comes opportunity. New business enterprises become possible within the community—phone charging stations, transportation, and small mercantiles, for example.
TECA is working with a team of entrepreneurs who’ve developed a way to bring renewable energy to remote locations of Africa. We need funding to launch this exciting project.
